Traveling south down the M5 exit at Jn 27. From Tiverton take the

A396 towards Exeter. At Bickleigh turn right (before narrow stone

bridge) to Crediton (A3072). Turn right at Crediton town sign (on bend), take first right and follow road round to right.

Long Barn/Creedy Manor is the first farm on right, Creedy Lakes is directly opposite. (There are blue/white creedy lake signs off main road).

From Exeter take the A377 towards Crediton/Barnstaple. At Crediton go past Shell garage (on left) and up small hill. Turn right (A3072 to Tiverton). Follow this road through town, past rugby club. Once past national speed limit sign turn left on bend. Take first right and follow the road round to right. Long Barn/Creedy Manor is first farm on right, Creedy Lakes is directly opposite.
